A number of years ago, before Brexit, he was interviewed.

At that time, I remember thinking how well his words were put together.

I also remember that he was better dressed than others in similar public venues, yet not overly, like a flashy, French prince.

Over the years, now, many here in the US have come to greatly respect him and his positions.
