These now infamous 'Accords' were signed on September 13th, 1993. 3 days before Rosh Hashana of that year. Rosh Hashana fell on September 15th, 1993. This year marks the 30th anniversary of this fateful signing.

Rosh Hashana 2023 falls on exactly the same date as 1993. As does the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) on September 25th.
