This is in reply to your 8/27 post rainbow (fivedoves.com)  In my opinion I don't think that the rainbow flag used by the LGBT group was created to prove that they won't be destroyed in a worldwide flood.  If you read the article at Rainbow flag - Wikipedia it states "The different colors are often associated with "diversity" in the gay community, but actually have literal meanings.

 The colors were determined to symbolize:

• ● healing (orange)
• ● sunlight (yellow)
• ● nature (green)
• ● harmony/peace (blue)
• ● spirit (purple/violet).^[23]

II Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Are LGBT excluded from the words "any" and "all", used in that scripture?

As for your question above, it is those who have pleasure in unrighteousness that are going to be sent a great delusion by the Lord so that they believe a lie. Part of the LGBT crowd are in the apostate Laodicean churches now and the Lord asks them to repent. So it will all depend if those outside the church and inside the church repent and turn from their sin as to whether they are saved or not.  2 Thess. 2:10-12, "And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."
