In reply to your 9/11 post at Tribulation (fivedoves.com) I would agree with your post.  The great tribulation period of 42 months or 3 1/2 years begins with the abomination of desolation (image of the beast (Antichrist)standing or being set up in the holy place (temple in Jerusalem) according to Matthew 24:15-22, Mark 13:14-23, Daniel 11:31 & Daniel 12:11.  After which everyone on in the world on Earth will be required to either worship the image of the beast or have their head cut off once they find you.  Jesus returns for the tribulation saints all over the world which is depicted Matthew 24:29-31 and in Rev. 7:9 before the 7 angels sound the 7 trumpets.
