It's clear that Turkey wants her people to know they have allies. A brief search on Azerbaijan tells you how mired in corruption Azerbaijan is. They are also - by default - very much a Russian ally. Hmmm - does this indicate Russia's allegiances? Sides are being formed. Nations are declaring their stance. I don't believe I exaggerate.
