I believe the events spoken of are post-Rapture. Pastor Dana mentions the "lights" all around the country and believes they are churches. My sense is that they are comprised of nominal Christians (including many pastors) who, due to the shock of the Rapture, have realized that everything the Bible says is true and have opened their hearts completely to Jesus. They now understand what's coming and are gathered in smaller groups to strengthen one another and encourage others.

If the above is accurate, the Rapture would have to happen very soon (September??) to give time for the shock to wear off and for the churches to organize before it all hits the fan.
