Why all this hype about 2012???

     

If the final 7 years began on October 29, 2008, then April 2012 should have started the “Great Tribulation” spoken of in Revelation 7:14, a 1260-day period of unparalleled chaos on the earth, and the beginning of the reign of the “Beast” spoken of in Revelation 13.

“The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for 42 months…He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And He was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast – all whose names have not been written in the book of life…” Revelation 13: 5-8

“He will speak against the Most High and oppress His saints and try to change the set times and the laws. The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times, and a half at time. But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever. Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be handed over to the saints, the people of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him.” Daniel 7:25-26

Why did the Rapture and Great Tribulation not begin in April 2012?

THE DAYS ARE SHORTENED!!!   

 In His discourse about the end times, Jesus said, "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened" (Matthew 24:22). "And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom He hath chosen, He hath shortened the days" (Mark 13:20).  

Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short." (Revelation 12:12) (Could he be filled with rage because his time is shorter than he had thought)?

The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of their light might be darkened, and a third of the day might be kept from shining, and likewise a third of the night. (Revelation 8:12)

I do not believe the final 1260 days have started yet. If all the days were 24 hours, then the 1260 days should have started on April 11, 2012. I believe the earthquakes on that date were a sign from the Lord that those who are watching are on the right track, but there is more revelation still and the 1260 days have not started yet (because the days will be shortened to 16 hours - Revelation 8:12 - A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night). When the days are shortened to 16 hours, the time it takes for the earth to revolve around the sun will be the same - 24 X 365 = 8760 hours, but because the days will only be 16 hours long, it will now take the earth 547 days to rotate around the sun. This accounts for why the 1260 days have not yet begun and why Jesus told us that the days would be shortened.

The question is, when will the days be shortened to 16 hours? I believe that the final prophetic year from September 28, 2014, to September 23, 2015, will be the time of the shortening of the days.  This final prophetic year will see the wrath of God unleashed on the earth as never before. The trumpet judgments of Revelation will start to open on the Feast of Trumpets 2014, with meteorites and large objects falling from the sky (first, second, and third Trumpets), then the earth will start to spin faster (4th Trumpet), then demonic aliens will come down and kill 1/3 of mankind (5th and 6th Trumpets). The 7th Trumpet is the Rapture of the Church and will be blown immediately before both the 6 Seals are opened and the 6 Trumpets are blown. The LAST shall be the FIRST. The 7th Trumpet shall sound FIRST, the Bride of Christ will ESCAPE, and the judgments of the Lord will start.
