"How it may all fit according to Psalm 90... and explain how the Jews will have 7 years to burn the weapons of war"

There several psalms that make my list of personal favorites.  Psalm 90 is one.  I think it was the only psalm attributed to Moses.

Rather than quote the whole psalm, I will pull out several verses and underline the parts of special interest.

10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.

Our lives are 70 years or 80 years.  If we live to 80 years, the last 10 years will be full of sorrow...but then we fly away!

This extra span of 10 years may be the only place that fits by allowing the 7 years that the Jews will have to burn the weapons from the Gog Magog war.  I have always been puzzled as to how they would have the time to do this.  How could they have a full 7 years to burn them if they they are surrounded and driven to Petra around the end of the tribulation period?

The addition of 10 years to our waiting allows for this to take place though I hate to think of the ensuing suffering.

Now look at the closing verses.

12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

13 Return, O Lord, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.

14 O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

15 Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.

16 Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.

17 And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.

Great promises.  Hold tightly to them!
