This morning, Kyle and I saw a partial rainbow in the West.  We were amazed.  We've seen rainbows in the East when the sun sets in the West.  But it was incredible to see a rainbow in the west.  The sun was shining in the East while we had a little rain shower.  Have anybody else seen a rainbow in the West?
