I believe the story of the five Wise virgins to be filling their jars with olive oil  points to during or after the olive harvest between October or November. Mt25:4 The wise ones, however, took oil in JARS along with their lamps.  After picking olives it's crushed  making oil so it could to be put in jars and lamps, making this parable about olive harvest.

Jeremiah 8:7 Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her APPOINTED TIMES; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the JUDGMENT OF THE LORD.
The storks take a break in Israel on their way south between October and November, and then also on their way back north between March and April.

For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?
