My question was semi-rhetorical. I understand the excuses the Israeli government's have always used to prohibit or restrain Jewish worship on the Temple Mount. My question was to highlight the cowardice of the Israeli leadership in not having the belief and courage to trust Almighty God. Why have they always folded and over pandered to the fake Islamic claim on the Temple Mount? I understand this if a purely secular party was in power but Netanyahu claims to have Orthodox Jews best interests at heart. Bibi has a large knowledge of the Torah. Why are the settlers always being harassed? By Israeli soldiers, no less. Their homes dismantled etc. This happens more often than we know. It's a reality that we all need to face. When America tells Bibi to jump, he replies 'How high?' Is this the true leadership that Almighty God requires in His Holy Land?

I guess I shouldn't be pointing fingers as Christian believers are also guilty of voting in secular leaders of our own countries. We too, have ignored the warnings in the Bible about evil leaders. The lesson here is about tolerating evil instead of eradicating it.
