This has the potential to heat up VERY rapidly. The article headline states that NATO and Russia are racing to militarise the high north - but it was American military aircraft flying over the area. Hmmm! They are determined to keep NATO as the main enemy to Russia - keeping the USA name from being recognised as THE agitator of all the wars. Loosely quoting from the article:- "As drama played out in the skies, Russia's Northern Fleet set to sea for a 'military exercise' featuring a reported 1,800 troops, 15 ships and submarines".
