"Jerusalem is not Mystery Babylon"

John and Doves,

Some Christians teach Jerusalem is the Mystery Babylon. They did it based on this verse.

Revelation 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

They link this verse to Luke 13:34,

Luke 13:34 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy
children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!

God did send prophets to Jerusalem, and they did kill the prophets between 7th century BC to first century AD. But we need to study the previous
chapter 17 to give us the identity of Mystery Babylon.

Revelation 17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden
cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

This verse clearly identifies RCC as the woman riding on the beast. She is also Mystery Babylon the Great. During the mass, priests and cardinals
are wearing scarlet and purple clothing, and they do hold a golden cup in their hands. Dave Hunt has a book "The woman rides the beast" in which he clearly identifies RCC as the woman by giving out facts and history. Let's go back to Revelation 18:24.

Revelation 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

Revelation 18 is a continuation of chapter 17. Antichrist/the last Pope shall move his headquarter from Vatican to Babylon per the woman in
Zechariah 5:5-11. Babylon shall be his religious headquarter during the tribulation. Revelation 18 is God's judgment on the literal city Babylon where the Pope dwells. God says in verse 24 He finds blood of the prophets and the saints in the city Babylon.
Where can we find evidence that God shall raise prophets and saints during the 7 years tribulation?

Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.

30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.

31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.

God shall pour out His spirits upon all flesh. They shall prophesy, old men shall dream dreams, young men shall see visions. They are the
prophets and saints God shall raise before the great and terrible day of the Lord arrives. They are the prophets and saints Antichrist shall slay in the city Babylon in Revelation 18:24, because they rise up to contend the last Pope.

Now that we are clear with Revelation 18:24, the ongoing baloney to accuse Jerusalem as the Mystery Babylon should stop here.
