Revelation 19:17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and
he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that
fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves
together unto the supper of the great God;
Does this mean standing “inside the sun
itself” or standing “in the sunlight”?
We say that someone is standing in the
shade or standing in the sun.
Since light supposedly takes 8⅓ minutes to
travel from the sun to the earth,
yet the sound of his voice is nearly instantaneous.
The reason I ask is because the kingdom
of the beast had been I darkness:
Revelation 16:10 And the fifth angel
poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his
kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their
tongues for pain,
Did the darkness cause the pain for
which they gnawed their tongues?
Exodus 10:21 ¶ And the LORD said unto
Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there
may be darkness over the land of Egypt,even darkness which may be felt.
The darkness in Egypt was so intense
that it could be felt.
Will the darkness on the kingdom of the
beast be so much more intense?
So, that it will also be felt, but felt
as horrible pain?
