"To Randy and All Doves"

A lot of us were disappointed that the Lord did not take us out in Sept, and as I was praying about this, and all the circumstances surrounding the predictions and timing, I ran across perhaps very pertinent verses that may minister to many souls in Christ.

The reference is 1 Tim 6:13-16

1 Timothy 6:13-16 (NKJV)

13 I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, 14 that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing, 15 which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16 who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen.

I did further study on the words “in His own time”.   The word “own” in this reference is not like ‘I own a car’, but it is uniquely personal to the individual.  So, Jesus is going to return when He has chosen to manifest His appearing!  It will be unique to Him, and we will reap the benefit, but He controls the timing of His appearing.

Jesus is God!  He knows all things and certainly knows when He will come for His Church!  (Mt 24 notwithstanding on ‘..no man knows the day or hour’.)   He cannot be God on the one hand and then not know the timing of His return, in the rapture (s) and the Second Coming.  Yes, it is in the Father’s hand, but all has been given to the Son.  The mistranslation in Mat 24 has thrown many a curve ball into the fact that Jesus Christ is all-knowing and has the time in His own power, and it will be perfect when it happens.

I encourage all to stay on the wall, and continue to pursue God.  I did not receive 1 Tim 6:13-16 until AFTER the Sept dates.  We must humbly yield to the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ on the matter of His return.  We can continue to celebrate His coming and rejoice that He has chosen us to believe in Him.   What seems right to a man (all of us) is not necessarily right or correct with God.

His thoughts are far above our thoughts and way of reasoning.  We are to continue to ‘..search out the matter’.  God is not displeased with us as we continue to pursue Him, for in that pursuit is the fact that God will draw near to us.  (James 4:8)  I encourage all to remain vigilant, in Jesus Name.
