A couple things really just make me WANT TO GO HOME........  to see the Rapture happen....SOON.

 

First,

I HATE Stupidity.  And......I hate ELECTED governement leaders pursing wrong policies.....that are OPPOSITE of the WILL OF THE PEOPLE!! 

And....all around us, in the leadership of the world...in every country......what do we see?  Leaders doing things and endorsing things, that are just simply WRONG.......or STUPID.....

Example:

So many governments spending themselves into debt....you know the story.

Or......in the USA, even the president has endorsed gay marriage....UGH! 

Or,

(Heard this on the radio this morning)  In the US, trying to get Marriage REdefined.  The stats were something like "If gay couples wanted to get married, they could do it NOW in a civil service.....rather than having to re-define it.  the % of gay couples that want to get married is some SMALL percentage of less than even 1%.  THEIR point was:  So,  WHY BOTHER TO REDEFINE IT THEN??   

So...........less than 1% of people whom this affects, would MAKE the other 99% that does not agree, change the rules for them.  Really??     UGH!!

 

Second,

I HATE Greed/Affluence........and living a decadent lifestyle on money YOU DIDN"T Earn.....or even if you DID earn it.

(Affluence by itself is OK.........don't get me wrong. I wish I had MORE of it myself!!  lol.....) 

 

I once heard it said "I have enough money, so I can live any way I want....even God can't take the money away from me."

Ah, welcome to SOUTH Florida.... or ANY WHERE in America where you have an affluent gay community...  UGH!!

 

(BTW.......an fellow employee from a LONG time ago....... told me he was gay about 20 years ago.  I'd pretty much figured it out even before the confession.   He was 15 years? my senior, so now he's pushing 71 or so.  He was a FORMER Baptist Deacon....of all things.  And now, for the past couple years, at the age of 69----he became an ordained minister of some liberal church in south Florida.   OMG....Oh My GOSH!!!!!   The world is a MESS.....!!) 

 

Anyway.......I once met a guy, late 70's ......inherited $2 million from his dad.  (only child)  And , he was sleeping around MORE THAN any guy in his 20's.   Seemed like a nice enough guy...however.......I asked him "what did you do before you retired."  His answer: "I was a giggilo."  WHAT????   A 79 year old guy openly tells me he was a giggilo???  While he may have been kidding, the lifestyle he described to me was certainly that of one...! 

 

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE USA????   .....to the world?????  

Even the older generation is a MESS.

 

Recently, in the retirement area where I live, a grandma FLIPPED ME OFF while I was driving.   WHAT?    She and hubby were in a golf cart, and (apparently) I was following too close at a stop sign, or (legally)  passing them as they were going too slow on a regular road.....I really don't know what AGGREGIOUS activity I was involved with..... UGH!!....  and she flipped me off.

 

I WAS STUNNED!! 

 

AND YOU WONDER....WHY DO I WANT TO GO HOME???    WHY DO I WANT TO SEE THE RAPTURE SOON??? 

 

And those are stories just about silly people.......  doing stupid things......or living life so far from anything the Bible says we should be......  I haven't even mentioned the REALLY BAD PEOPLE we see on the news each and every day....the murders, the kidnappings......etc, etc, etc...UGH! 

 

Lord....I Long for a sin free world.....in a sin free body....... living ONLY with other people who Believe as I do....  that:

1) There is but ONE God......who made the entire universe..

2) That He sent His Son......to take away the sins of the world.... 'that all who would call on His name, would be Saved.."

 

So the RAPTURE? ..... BRING IT ON LORD..... I, FOR ONE.......CAN'T WAIT!!!

PS>.....I'm not perfect.........but I do try to do the BEST I can......and people like the stories above just make me want to do even BETTER.

 

PPS.......  And while I will NEVER BE PERFECT...... at least I have Jesus Christ as the propitiation for MY sins....just like the Bible tells me.  And because of THAT.......I want to be the best Christian I can be.  (IKnowing...I still come up short.)

 

I AM SO VERY GLAD THAT I DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING......TO EARN MY SALVATION...

AND.....

I AM SO VERY GALD TO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO ANYTHING.......TO KEEP MY SALVATION.

 

Without THAT promise from God.....I would definitely be lost!!
