Why is it that only the persecuted church in Smyrna, and the open door church in Philadelphia, are the only ones troubled by those that said they were Jews, but lied?

Did these liars come from any of the other five churches?

Were there supersessionists at that time, already, that stole the promises given to Israel, to say that they are theirs now?

Were these false Jews actually Gentile Christians who considered themselves the "true Israel of God", the "inward Jews"?
