"RE: Nansings: 11.10.24: sons"

Nansings,
Thank you for the response.
So, apparently there four different usages:
1) created sons, early on:
Job 38:1 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,

4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

2) created son, on Genesis 1, day 6:

Genesis 1:26a And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:

Luke 3:38c  which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.

3) newly created sons:

II Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

I John 3:1a Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God:

4) Only Begotten Son:

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

John 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

I John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
