The theme of the movie based on the trailer looks interesting. I can't endorse it but I also can't dismiss it. There seems to be some truth, at least in the trailer. I read that it's kind of a Sci-Fi retelling of the Book of Job, but I didn't really see that in the preview.
I personally believe that we know what the future is or could be before we are born. That's how Satan gets a person to sign his or her soul over to him. He shows them what he can do for them if they sign on the dotted line.
When Satan tries to tempt Jesus offering him all future kingdoms in a moment of time, Satan says, "for they are mine to give." Then scripture says for what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world yet lose his soul? And what would a man give in exchange for his soul?
I think the movie touches on the subject of following Lucifer who is called the Benefactor in the trailer based on what he can show you will happen. Just my opinion. Judge for yourselves.
