"Could this possibly be referring to the same thing that Jesus was speaking about?"

Habakkuk 2:2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision,
and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie:
though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Is this for the appointed time of the end?
Or has this already been completely fulfilled, and not to be considered for these last days?
Because, if the appointed time, is the end times, then could the phrase at the end of line 2:

"that he may run that readeth it"

possibly be referring to the same thing that Jesus was speaking about?

Matthew 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet,
stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
