This short YT clip from Lavrov (Russian FM). Russia is going to GREAT lengths to appear as peace keepers in the Karabakh (Azerbaijan) debacle. They do not want to appear as though they are sending in military in preparation for war. Oh no - it is only for peace, people!!! Russia is at pains to stress that they do not wish to "put distance" between themselves, France and the USA. Russia's facade is that they dearly wish to restore peace and order. To protect the human rights of all citizens.....Armenian and Azerbaijani alike. Russia says it is really important to protect the rights of all religions and help restore churches and Mosques alike.
I smell smoke, because somebody's pants are on fire !! Since when did Russia have such heart bleeding lumpy custard sentiments?
