Walt - thanks so much for your kind response. I was thinking this past week what IF LOT had just gone about his day agreeing with all the thugs in Sodom, rather than being GRIEVED in his heart for their lack of righteousness? The angels would have just left him and his family there to suffer the consequences of God's wrath, but God knew his HEART! He proceeded to get him and his family out!
