"Signs in the Heavens Linked to Earthly Events"

Luke 21
25And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
27And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
28And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Dear John and Doves:

If you read my post titled "Upcoming Eclipses and the Number 64", I had noticed that there are 64 days from September 11, 2012 to the solar eclipse on November 13, 2012.
There are 64 days from Yom Kippur on September 26, 2012 to the lunar eclipse on November 28, 2012. The signs in the heavens appear to point back to those events.
After posting that, I had the feeling that I might find more on the number 64, and I did find that two more events are tied to signs in the heavens.

Here are the two other events that were not included in the above post.

1. The opposition of Jupiter appears to point back to October 1, 2012, the 1st day of Sukkot.  At present, Jupiter appears to be looking at Taurus the Bull
and will appear to be inside of Taurus on December 3rd.  Also, the planets, Mercury, Venus, and Saturn align on the 3rd.
There are 64 days from and including October 1, 2012 to December 3, 2012.

2. From and including (Rosh Hashanah) September 17, 2012 to November 19, 2012 there are 64 days. The Leonid meteor showers begin on November 13
(same day as solar eclipse). They peak on the 17th/18th, and end on the 20th. The Leonid's have a cyclic peak year every 33 years and the last peak year
was in 2001.  The day count does not start at the beginning, the peak, or the end of the Leonid meteor showers, but it does fall on the 7th day of the eight
day celestial event.

The following 4 earthly events are linked by a 64 day count to a celestial event.
9/11 - solar eclipse + beginning of Leonid meteor showers
Rosh Hashanah - Leonid meteor showers
Yom Kippur - lunar eclipse
Sukkot - Jupiter at opposition

Something I would like to mention again is that 64 (Gregorian) years ago on May 14, 1948, Israel declared independence.

If you haven't read these posts from, they’re really interesting.

From December 14, 2012 to February 15, 2013 there are 64 days.
December 14, 2012 is the 1st of Tevet and it is the 7th day of Hanukkah.
December 14 is also the 2nd peak day of the Geminid meteor showers.

2012 DA14 is a near earth asteroid with an estimated diameter of about 45 meters and an estimated mass of about 130,000 metric tons.[1]
It was discovered on February 23, 2012, by the OAM Observatory, La Sagra in Spain (J75).[2] Calculations show that on February 15, 2013,
the distance between the asteroid and the Earth will be 0.09 LD (35,000 km; 21,000 mi).[3]

Below are more events in the heavens. There are actually a few more than what I've listed on the EarthSky website.

Earth passes between Jupiter and sun on December 2-3, 2012
The 2012 opposition is Jupiter’s closest until 2021. Jupiter shines more brightly than any star in the night sky. It is in a region of the sky filled with bright stars, near the bright star Aldebaran in the constellation Taurus.

Three planets above Egyptian pyramids on December 3, 2012?
What’s cool about what’s happening on December 3, 2012 is that these three planets will be equidistant from each other. Will they be exactly above three Egyptian pyramids as shown in the illustrations above? No. But someone standing in just the right spot near these pyramids should be able to get the planets to appear above the pyramids in a picturesque way. For sure, if you stand in a particular spot near the pyramids – facing them, and facing the eastern sky before dawn – you should be able to see the planets and the pyramids together.

Celestial Chariot high overhead at midnight in December
On these long December nights, you can find the constellation Auriga the Charioteer. The Heavenly Chariot – with its brilliant yellow star Capella – starts the journey in the northeast at early evening, flies overhead at midnight and finishes up in the northwest at dawn.

I know this one about the explosion on the sun has already been posted, so this is just a reminder.
