I too, remember that same sense of dejection when bill clinton was re-elected. 

This time, I did all three of the above, but Déjà vu set in anyway.

Then I read something that gave me a tremendous surge in my spirit, and I knew that surge was from my Father.

Whenever he lifts my spirits so fast, I know it's from him, and more always follows.  I'm in the expectancy stage now, -walking by faith, because it pleases him.
