I am also guilty of not doing this.
But it really helps if you place a link of what you are
refering to in your post.
If you are speaking of a scripture, place the
scripture in your post so we can see it too.
Here is a link where you can copy and paste it on to your
post.
Just type in the scripture you are thinking of and press
search
Then click your mouse on the left side and hold it down
and sweep over what you want to copy, then let go of the
button.
Then right click your mouse and a box will show up.
Click on the word copy in the box.
Then go to your email and go to the place you want to put
it.
right click again and a box will show up, left click
on the word paste.
And there you go.
You have to open up several windows to do this so you can
bounce back and forth from window to window and not lose
your place.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence
of things not seen. 2 For by it
the elders obtained a good testimony.

word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made
of things which are visible.
