"THE RAPTURE WILL LIKELY HAPPEN ON A SABBATH"

DOES SCRIPTURE TELL US THE RAPTURE WILL HAPPEN ON A "SEVENTH DAY" SATURDAY SABBATH ?.........

Genesis 2:2-3

"And on THE SEVENTH DAY God ended His work which He had made, and HE RESTED ON THE SEVENTH DAY from all His work. and GOD BLESSED THE SEVENTH DAY, AND SANCTIFIED IT ; because in it HE HAD RESTED from all His work which He had created and made."

Notice that God blessed and sanctified, ie. set apart , the seventh day of the week which is Saturday. That means God set it apart to be a 'special day' apart from all other days of the week which He did not bless and sanctify. There are seven days in a week, but only one day, the Saturday Sabbath is blessed to be holy and sanctified , ie. set apart , by God for some special future purpose. The following scripture tells us what God's reason was for blessing and sanctifying the seven th day Saturday Sabbath.

Hebrews 4:1-11

" Let us therefore fear,  LEST A PROMISE being left us ( believers ) OF ENTERING INTO HIS REST ( resurrection/rapture),  any of you should seem to have come short of it. For unto us ( believers )was the Gospel preached ,  as well as unto them ( unbelievers ),  not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. FOR WE WHICH HAVE BELIEVED DO ENTER INTO REST , as He said, As I have sworn in My wrath , THEY ( BELIEVERS ) SHALL ENTER INTO MY REST although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. For He spake in a certain place of THE SEVENTH DAY on this subject , And GOD DID REST ON THE SEVENTH DAY from all His works. And in this place again,  THEY SHALL ENTER INTO MY REST.  Again, HE LIMITS A CERTAIN DAY ( the seventh day Saturday Sabbath ). There remains therefore, A REST TO THE PEOPLE OF GOD. For he that is entered into his rest , he also has ceased from his own work as God did from His. Let us labor therefore TO ENTER INTO THAT REST lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief."

Matthew 12:8

"For the Son of Man is LORD of the SABBATH DAY."

Mark 2:28

"For the Son of Man is LORD of the SABBATH DAY."

Luke 6:5

"For the Son of Man is LORD of the SABBATH DAY."

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT :

Notice that the Scripture states, "HE LIMITS A CERTAIN DAY” for the believers to enter into GOD'S REST, ie. heaven.  "A CERTAIN DAY" is THE SEVENTH DAY SATURDAY SABBATH DAY which is THE DAY that He blessed and sanctified, ie.set apart, for the Body of Christ Church of believers to BE RESURRECTED/RAPTURED TO HEAVEN .  Watch for the resurrection/rapture to occur on a future SEVENTH DAY SATURDAY SABBATH.

According to Your Word, come Lord Jesus !
