Which sea?

Revelation 10:2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,

Would it be the Mediterranean sea, the sea of Galilee, the Dead sea, or the Aegean sea around Patmos?

Or does it generically mean the oceans of the earth?
