"Is That It For Pentecost This Year?"

Hello John and Doves,

Well, Pentecost on the Hebrew calendar is now passed for this year.  Christian Pentecost is today, Sunday, 5/31/2020.

I am not convinced that counting fifty days from Feast of Firstfruits is the correct way to count to Pentecost.  It looks more like two counts of days - seven full weeks plus fifty days.  Some have calculated for us this new Pentecost date of July 26, 2020 using the two counts of days.

This places Pentecost in the Summer - between three Spring Feasts and three Fall Feasts.  Thus three pilgrimage/harvest feasts - one in Spring, one in Summer, and one in Fall.

So I'm not marking Pentecost off the list of possible dates for the Rapture this year.  All of the amazing letters on Pentecost still apply to Pentecost, just maybe not to 6 Sivan or the Christian Pentecost day.

Here is my Dove's letter - giving more info on the counting:  "Pentecost In The Month of Av This Year?" 10 May, 2020. http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/may2020/chance510-2.htm
Pentecost In The Month of Av This Year?

This July date is certainly another date to mark on the calendar as a Rapture possibility - the day the Church was created, possibly the day the Church is removed.  The marriage of Ruth (a Gentile) to Boaz (a Jew) took place at this wheat harvest/Feast of Harvest - a possible mirror of the Jewish Messiah Jesus coming for His Gentile bride.  So much really seems to point towards a Pentecost Rapture.

And is it just a coincidence that Strong's Greek 726 means:  harpazo - "to seize, catch up, snatch away"?

We do not know the year or day of the Rapture, but the way things are going in the world today, it sure looks like we can't be far off!  And Pentecost is an excellent candidate for THE day - the appointed time.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!

Maranatha!
