Well, the Popes have NEVER recognized that anyone has LIBERTY of CONSCIENCE!!!! They believe that they are GOD on earth and that all our "rights" come from the Pope. He sees himself as the legal ruler of the earth, as he is really deluded into thinking he rules the world and all power in this world belongs to him!
