"the LORD proclaimed the name of the LORD"

Exodus 33:19 And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.

Exodus 33:22 And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:

By comparing these two lines, is "all the LORD's goodness", the same as "his glory"?
Also, the LORD said that he would proclaim the name of the LORD, which he did, a few lines later:

Exodus 34:5 And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD.
6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,

What does it mean that the LORD proclaims the name of the LORD?
Is there glory in the proclaiming the name of the LORD?
Is there goodness in proclaiming the name of the LORD?
