He brings up a particular word in scripture (Hebrew) that actually places the fourth beast as something artificial. It has been artificially brought about - it did not evolve naturally. He also brings up the 9th Av. This year, the 9th Av, 5777 falls on August 1st, 2017. 20 days later, the massive solar eclipse occurs over America.
