What is with this 8:00 pm??  Remember that bo's address to the nation/world in 2008 was on October 29, 2008 at 8:00pm?

Hurricane Sandy hit on October 29, 2012 at 8:00pm...

Then, Pope Benedict XVI abdicates on 2/28/13 at...8:00 pm..

There may be other big 8pm occurrences, but...

What is it about 8pm????  It's big to TPTB, or should I say...TPTwere.
