It has been busier than normal for me this afternoon so I won't be able to address all you said in one sitting, but there are a couple of things I would like to speak to.

I read the dream and read it again and I don't get anything.  I'll try again later but I have never had much discernment of dreams.

I did see something of significance concerning Damascus.  In checking the meanings of the original Hebrew in Isa 17 we get the following...

OT:1834 Dammeseq (dam-meh'-sek); or Duwmeseq (doo-meh'-sek); or Darmeseq (dar-meh'-sek); of foreign origin; Damascus, a city of Syria:

The term "of foreign origin" caught my attention.  "Of foreign origin" is much of the teaching present in the church today, man's leaven and not God's truth.   It is also of interest that Ephraim is a topic of discussion on 5Doves today and Ephraim is mentioned in vs. 3 of Isa 17. 

 

Understanding the meanings of the names of the other cities that are mentioned in these three verses may add to your understanding.

You say you feel sick a lot?  I experience that quite a bit myself and my wife does too.  I think it has to do with the turmoil in the spirit realm, the turmoil caused by the nearness of the birth of the man-child.  We are not going to go forward without some form of pain and discomfort.
