Who is an overcomer?The "overcomer" is plainly defined in Scripture, as follows:1 John 5:4-5 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world -our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
The messages match....it is not about works, but about the faith given to us to believe:Ephesians 2:8-10 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
