That was an interesting thought you had in regards to Obadiah 1:4 and the space shuttle.
I am amazed at how God's Word speaks to us, same verse, but different messages.
I've pondered that same verse, and wondered if it was pointing to our President and the USA. The "Eagle" might be a symbol of America or the Presidential Seal, the "nest" is where he resides or makes his home (White House) "among the stars" represents the 50 stars on our American flag (USA). The Lord declares "from there I will bring you down".
Whether this is pointing to the space shuttle or the President and the USA or someone (something) else, we know that there will be no escaping what God has already determined will happen.
Obadiah 1:4  NIV
Though you soar like the Eagle and make your nest among the stars, from there I will bring you down, declares the Lord.
