Thank you Michael for your uplifting verses and thoughts regarding witnessing "in season and out of season".

I do have a success story in that regard. We have been Born Again since 1977 and ever since then our relatives and friends sidelined any conversation regarding End Times.

Then when the internet came, we were able to get the message out to anyone who would listen.
We will only know in heaven who those people are. Yet one-on-one is still more difficult.

Until last week.

In our Bible Study group we have a 7th Day Adventist attending, and when we explained to her the Rapture, she was all ears. Evidently the SDA's teach no Rapture before the Great Tribulation. So she was always fighting fears, worries and apprehensions, and mentioned how the people of Japan that didn't die from the quake or tsunami died from a heart attack... and they were a large number.

But we shared with her the 10 Virgins ...  how 5 went to be with the Bridegroom, and 5 were left behind;
how Enoch was raptured / delivered from the flood / judgement coming upon the whole world
and how Lot was taken out of Sodom before judgement fell.
How Elijah was delivered from the Babylonian Captivity ;

The 5 wise virgins, Enoch, Lot and Elijah were all delivered from the wrath to come.

She listened and was open minded and willing. We will continue to share with her the verses from Scripture that comfort one another. I Thessalonians 4: 18

As you already know, the Holy Spirit acts upon a person in His perfect timing, and He encompasses a soul as does the wind the body. One cannot see the direction or timing of the wind.

But the operation of the Holy Spirit upon the heart creates a spiritual-meltdown on the willing and open minded. And that  is reason enough to go on planting seeds, whether they sprout in front of us, or later. We water with prayer.

Now, in regards to the coming major catastrophe to the U.S. ...

This should make all Americans tremble, unless of course they have submitted to the Lordship of Jesus Christ : 

" There is no safe dose of radiation.

We do not x-ray pregnant women.

Any detectable fallout can kill.

With erratic radiation spikes, major air and water emissions and at least three reactors and waste pools in serious danger at Fukushima, we must prepare for the worst."
