I like your thinking! You stated, "Also AT THAT TIME (referring to the 'time of the rapture' described in your prior sentence) the heavens will be cleansed of Satan and his fallen angels". The following Scripture tells us exactly when that cleansing is going to happen:

Revelation 13:2&5
"The dragon (Satan) gave the beast (anti-Christ) his power and his throne and great authority."
"The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and TO EXERCISE HIS AUTHORITY FOR FORTY-TWO MONTHS."

These "forty-two months" are the 'last forty-two months', or 'the last-half', of the '70th Week of Daniel'. Therefore, Scripture tells us that the rapture and the casting of Satan out of Heaven both happen right in the 'middle' of the '70th Week of Daniel'.
