concerning sending e-Mail with suppressed word(s) and probably in every similar case of software censorship of this kind, for Mac users the following trick might also work: Anywhere in the problematic word insert the invisible UNICODE character U’007F’. Activate the UNICODE Hex Input Method (gockel  is your friend (exceptionally) - or your favourite search engine), then press and hold  <option> while entering 007f
(On Windows, similar procedure might work - Hex Input on numpad must be enabled... <Alt> + Numpad 255). But consider, that words modified this way may not be so easily searchable...
