"Why not at the other times, but only for this?"

At one point, there is, "great voice of much people in heaven".
Then, "the four and twenty elders and the four beasts, "join in.
And then, "the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings".
What are they saying?
They are saying, "Alleluia", four times.
They are not saying this when Jesus defeats the beast, the kings, and the armies of the world, no, that comes after that.
They are not saying this when the devil is cast into the bottomless pit.
Nor are they saying this when the devil is later cast into the lake of fire.

No, they are saying, "Alleluia", those four times, when Mystery, Babylon is judged and destroyed.

My question is not why they say, "Alleluia", those four times.

Rather, my question is why not at the other times, but only for this?
