"plural, singular, or both?"

(When Jesus returns, will it be similar to how the day of the LORD came upon the different enemies of Israel, in the old testament?
Except, at the second advent, it will be upon all the Gentile enemies of Israel at the same time?)

Obadiah 15 For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.

(Even though the day of the LORD comes collectively upon all the Gentile enemies of Israel, is the day of the LORD still upon each individual?
In the first phrase it uses the word, “all”.
But in the remainder of the sentence, it uses the words, “thou”, “thee”, “thy”, and “thine”, which are singular, second person.
So will the day of the LORD be upon plural, singular, or both?)
