I have a follow-up question for you, regarding Event 3:

Event 3:  As punishment by God, U.S.A. is utterly destroyed by Russia and China’s proxy rogue nations, mainly North Korea, in a massive sneak attack, success guaranteed as God Himself has raised these nations up for just such a purpose.  Indeed, I believe it is very possible that the Rapture will occur as the missiles are still in mid-air.  The following “hint” from a NWO produced movie seems to hint on the exact type of advanced weaponry that will be used on the U.S.A. to utterly destroy her without polluting her (allowing the U.S.A. to be later plundered):

How do the ten kings fit into this, and who might they be?

Revelation 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

 16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
