    That was a very different response, and it made a lot of sense.
All these years and I never realized that one line in Acts 8 revealed that much.

Acts 8:24 Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the Lord for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.

You showed clearly, that Simon didn't repent to the LORD in this line.
I see it now, like you explained.
It reminded me of when I used to go to a priest to ask for forgiveness.
How fruitless, wicked, and foolish that was.
I was not any different from Simon.
