I know you think the USA is Babylon, but I believe that Babylon is near the Euphrates River. Rev. 18:18 says that she is a "GREAT CITY", not a great country.
So does Rev 18:21. It says, "And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great CITY Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all."
Re: the great and terrible Day of the Lord, the Day of God's Wrath, Jer 46:10 says, “For this is the day of the Lord GOD of hosts, a day of vengeance, that he may avenge him of his adversaries: and the sword shall devour, and it shall be satiate and made drunk with their blood: for the Lord GOD of hosts hath a sacrifice in the north country BY THE RIVER EUPHRATES."
The USA is not "by the river Euphrates." Babylon city is. I think it will end up being in the unquenchable Lake of Fire.
The Lord put a rectangle of light on Jer 50:2 in a darkened room. I read it over and over. It says, "Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces."
I think Babylon will be taken on the Feast of Trumpets, 1st of Tishri, 5776 = Mon, 14 September 2015

There will be a partial solar eclipse on the Eve of Trumpets, Sept. 13, 2015. I think that Feast of Trumpets will be the Day of God's Wrath.
Rev 6:12-17 says, "And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. 15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?"

You quoted Luke 12:46-49. It is talking about the unwise servant.
Luke 12:46-49 says, “The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder (i.e., cut him off), and will appoint him his portion (i.e., of the Great Tribulation) with the unbelievers. And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?”
Mt. 24:51 adds, "And shall cut him asunder (i.e., cut him off), and appoint him his portion (of the Great Tribulation) with the hypocrites (pretenders): there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
Mat 22:2-14 says, "The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, 3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding (i.e., that call is the First-Trump Rapture, I Thess. 4:13-18): and they would not come. 4 Again, he sent forth other servants (i.e., to call them to the Last-Trump Rapture on the Day of God's Wrath), saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: COME unto the marriage (i.e., which follows the Last-Trump Rapture of I Cor 15:51-54). 5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: 6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. 7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth (i.e., it is the Day of God's Wrath): and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. 8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. 9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. 10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. 11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: 12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? WE MUST BE CALLED, CHOSEN AND FAITHFUL
Rev. 17:14 says, "These (i.e., the ten kings that have not received a kingdom as yet) shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and THEY THAT ARE WITH HIM (i.e., after the first Rapture) ARE CALLED, AND CHOSEN, AND FAITHFUL."

I don't think Luke 12:46-49 is talking about the USA, let alone its destruction. It refers to the unwise servant. He is a believer, called and chosen, but not faithful.
HERE IS THE LESSON JESUS WAS TEACHING
Luk 12:42-46 says, "And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in DUE SEASON? 43 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. 44 Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath. 45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; 46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers."
It is now already spring. According to Song 2:10-14, spring is the season of the First-Trump Rapture, the Secret of the Stairs. There are first-ripe grapes near the end of May. So, May could be the month of the First-Trump Rapture. April showers bring May flowers. That ties in too. The turtledove has arrived in Israel. They come in April and leave in October.
According to Ed Vallow's meaning of numbers, the number 29 means DEPARTURE. That sounds like the Rapture. Ascension Day also sounds like the Rapture. It will be on May 29 this year.

Could this May 29/Iyar 29 be the day of the Rapture? Moses and Elijah will come to Earth when we leave. Two men, probably Moses and Elijah appeared with Jesus on Ascension Day.
Act 1:9-11 says, "And when he (i.e., Jesus) had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."
DOES "IN LIKE MANNER" INCLUDE OUR BEING TAKEN UP ON ASCENSION DAY?
There is a good chance.
We will probably get a sign on April 29. There will be a wedding ring solar eclipse on the 29th, which means departure. To me, that suggests the possible Rapture of the Bride of Christ on the next 29th.
It will follow the first Total Lunar Eclipse of the last tetrad to fall on feast days for 600 years. That eclipse will fall on Nisan 15, Tue. April 15, 2014, the Feast of Unleavened Bread (called Passover by the Jews). The dates stay aligned because both Nisan and April are 30-day months. Iyar has 29 days. May has 31. This alignment will last through May 29/Iyar 29 though.
Unlike Passover, the Feast of Unleavened Bread last 7 days, Nisan 15 through 21. There is that sparkling 21 David Doughtrey saw on a blue cloud in his living room. Valerie saw a 21 on her garage door. I think John Tng's daughter saw a 21 too.
I am sure hoping for the Rapture on May 29, our daughter's birthday. Ed's 100th birthday will be this March 29 too. He is now 33 in heaven, though, as are all my family. They are all there but me. All but one of Ed's family are there too.
Thank you for your constant search for clues. Let me know if you think 29 is a good clue.
