(March 17, 2014), do not take this lightly as we are still in the hidden window

Ukraine reports Crimea truce with Russia

Russia have agreed on a five-day truce in Crimea until March 21, Ukraine's
acting defense minister Ihor Tenyukh said Sunday. The agreement was reached with
Russia's Black Sea Fleet and Defense Ministry, he told journalists."No measures
will be taken against our military facilities in Crimea during that time. Our
military sites are therefore proceeding with a replenishment of
reserves."

Election Victory. Why did he create
and agree to A Last Minute Postponement? Is it because he knows all too well that
there is an incalculable risk of trashing "MAD" shortly after hostilities break
