I don't believe that Israel trusts the Biden administration as far as they can throw them. They may be a lot of things but, stupid, is not one of them. They know what they are dealing with. The problem lies with the tangled web of homegrown politics they have woven. Carving together a coalition in conjunction with their Arab counterparts? The mind doth boggle! The Israeli government have backed themselves into a corner.
