Although Revelation 17 says that there are 10 kings who have not received a kingdom as yet - I am thinking these 10 kings are operating in real time. These are kings who will receive power as kings for one hour with the beast. These shadowy wannabe kings are very powerful but are not formal heads of any country (kingdom). But, they all have one mind (the same purpose) and shall give their power and strength to the beast. It sure sounds like the murky trillionaires whose names we are all too familiar with.

In the 1st link is a stunning expose of the billions the USA is supplying to Ukraine. The other links show the money and military aid the EU and UK are pouring into Ukraine. Other, smaller countries are included - supplying surprisingly large amounts to Ukraine. There are HUGE amounts of equipment and money flooding into Ukraine. This end-time beast is determined to invade and defeat Russia - using Ukraine as it's proxy.
