WHERE DO THE SCRIPTURES SAY THAT "HIS ELECT" ARE FROM ?.........
Matthew 24:31 ( Olivet Discourse )
"...and they shall GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, and FROM ONE END OF HEAVEN TO THE OTHER."
Mark 13;27 ( Olivet Discourse )
"...and shall GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the uttermost part of the earth TO THE UTTERMOST PART OF HEAVEN."
The two prophetic Scriptures quoted above BOTH tell us that "His elect" WILL INCLUDE those who are NOW currently in heaven because they are the "dead in Christ". They are called "saints" in Scriptures. The saints will return with Jesus when He comes to "gather together" , ie. RAPTURE , both "His elect" who are alive and remain on the earth , and "His elect” saints who He will bring with Him .
1 Thessalonians 3:13
"To the end that He may establish your hearts unblamable AT THE COMING of our Lord Jesus Christ WITH ALL HIS SAINTS." ( The "saints" are a part of "His elect" at the rapture )
1 Thessalonians 4:14
"For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again , even so THEM WHICH SLEEP in Jesus WILL GOD BRING WITH HIM." ( The "dead in Christ" are the saints who God will bring with Him are a part of "His elect " on the day of the rapture)
SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT :
The four Scriptures quoted above are ALL speaking of the Lord's coming to RAPTURE His Church . They are NOT speaking of the Lord's Second Coming . Therefore Matthew 24:29-31 and Mark 13: 24-27 are BOTH speaking of the Lord's "gathering together His elect" on the Day of THE RAPTURE. At the Second Coming of the Lord there will be NO "gathering together of His elect" because "His elect" have already been previously "gathered together" on the Day of THE RAPTURE, and they are NOW following Him on white horses according to : Revelation 19:14.
It is important to note that Matthew 24:29 begins with , "Immediately after the tribulation OF THOSE DAYS..." and Mark 13:24 begins with, "But IN THOSE DAYS after THAT tribulation ......." . The references made to "THAT” tribulation "IN THOSE DAYS" are speaking of the "SHORTENED TRIBULATION" that is shortened by the Lord Jesus which befalls ISRAEL ONLY BEFORE T HE RAPTURE. Therefore, the rapture happens "IMMEDIATELY AFTER the ( shortened ) tribulation OF THOSE DAYS......(in Israel only). , but BEFORE the great tribulation judgment of God's wrath begins upon the whole world. Therefore, the rapture is pre-tribulation.
