Hello Jane and Doves
I
thank you for your response and your best wishes. The journey back to
health has been long and tiring. I truly had no idea just how bad sick I
was.
My last follow up visit on June 5,2014 to the doctor which
performed the surgery, and he looked upon me in amazement as he truly
did not believe that I would survive. The surgery was on April 7,2014.
He said I was a very sick individual and that I had, in his opinion,
anywhere from 2 to possibly 24 hours to live, if that, even after the
surgery.
Never did I think in my mind that I was that bad off when I
arrived at the emergency room. Never did I think that I would die. I was
at peace in my mind and even in the days that followed during my stay
in hospital.
God truly gives us a peace that passes "all" understanding, when we trust in him.
You
see, whether in my life or my death, I have that wonderful peace that
he is able to (keep) me, period. I love these verses and I ask that you
allow me to share them with you? Perhaps they will also give you comfort
in your afflictions.
For we are saved by "Hope"(:) but hope that is (seen) is NOT hope(:)
for what man seeth, WHY doth he yet hope for? But (if) we hope for what
we see not, (then) do we (with patience) WAIT for it.
Likewise the
Spirit ALSO helpeth our ( infirmities :) for [ we know NOT what we
should pray for as we ought:] but THE SPIRIT ITSELF MAKETH INTERCESSION
FOR US WITH GROANINGS WHICH CANNOT BE UTTERED(.) And he that searcheth
the hearts KNOWETH what [is] the mind of the Spirit, BECAUSE he maketh
INTERCESSION for the [saints] ACCORDING to [his] purpose(.)
For whom he [did] foreknow, he ALSO DID PREDESTINATE TO BE COMFORMED TO
THE IMAGE OF HIS SON, that he might be the firstborn among (many)
brethren. Moreover whom he [did] predestinate, (them) he also
justified(:) and whom he justified, (them) he also glorified.
What shall we then say to these things? IF GOD BE FOR US, WHO CAN BE AGAINST US ? Romans 8:24- 31 KJV
35) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ ?
shall tribulation,
or distress,
or persecution,
or famine,
or nakedness,
or peril,
or sword ?
36) As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long(;)
we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter(.)
37) NAY, in all these things we are more than conquerors THROUGH HIM THAT LOVED US.
38) For I am persuaded, that neither
death,
nor life,
nor angels,
nor principalities,
nor powers,
nor things present,
nor things to come,
39) Nor height,
nor depth,
nor any other creature,
shall be able to separate US from the love of God,
which is (IN) Christ Jesus our Lord.
I have seen the travail, which God hath (to the sons of men) to be exercised in it.
He
hath made Every Thing Beautiful (in his time:) ALSO he hath set the
world in [their] heart, so that no man can find out [the work] that God
maketh from the beginning to the end.
I know that there is no good in them, BUT for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.
And ALSO that every man should eat and drink, and ENJOY the good of all his labour, IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD.
I KNOW THAT , WHATSOEVER GOD DOETH, (IT) SHALL BE FOR EVER(:)
NOTHING CAN BE PUT TO (IT,) NOR ANY THING TAKEN FROM (IT:) AND GOD DOETH (IT,) THAT MAN SHOULD (FEAR) BEFORE HIM.
THAT which HATH been is NOW(;)
and THAT which IS TO BE hath ALREADY been(;) and GOD REQUIRETH (THAT) which is PAST. Ecclesiastes 3:10-15 KJV
I truly believe that THIS is what the scriptures mean when we read Luke 21:36 KJV
WATCH YE therefore, and pray ALWAYS, that ye MAY be accounted worthy to
escape ALL THESE THINGS THAT SHALL COME TO PASS, AND TO (STAND) before
the " Son of man."
I clean MY life's closets daily, hourly, and by the minute, BECAUSE God does REQUIRE THE PAST.
The Holy Spirit will bring things from our past to mind in order that we PUT THEM UNDER THE BLOOD OF CHRIST.
But the Lord IS faithful, who SHALL stablish YOU, and KEEP you from evil.
And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, THAT YE BOTH DO AND WILL DO THE THINGS WHICH WE COMMANDED YOU.
And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the PATIENT WAITING for Christ.
2 Thessalonians 3:3-5 KJV
Death has called my name.
I literally saw the face of death as it stood in my living room, 5 years ago.
Death came unto men because of the Disobedience of the first man Adam.
Life came unto men because of the Obedience of the second man Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ overcame death, hell and the grave.
He has taken back the keys, and whether in life or death, we who believe and trust in him, are in his presence.
We are overcomers in Christ Jesus.
Death has no sting praise God.
When I was rushed to the emergency room by a Christian brother, and
after my surgery was finished, and I was brought out of recovery to my
room, he said to me........ I don't know if I did you any favor, because
you could have been with the Lord already. All we here; are still
dealing with the troubles of this life, and you were so near to going
home.
I replied ..... All is in the Lords hands for whatever his purpose may be.
