"How is a bankster like twice-risen bread dough?"

Hello, John and Doves,

How is a bankster like twice-risen bread dough?

Well, they've both been punched down once already, they are both chock-a-block full of air again, and they are ready for the oven!  Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha [Five is the number of grace, don't you know!]

If you can still laugh at yourself, you are not too far from God.

For those with hearts to hear, Jesus saves.  Always.

It is written,
    "Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear."
Isaiah 59:1  NIV

That's true everywhere and everywhen, as long as the Earth and heavens remain.

All who choose to abandon self and sin in order to sincerely follow God will have this blessing:
22The Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 23“Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, Thus you shall bless the people of Israel: you shall say to them,

24 The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord lift up his countenancec upon you and give you peace.

27“So shall they put my name upon the people of Israel, and I will bless them.”

Numbers 6:23-27  ESV

Moreover, it is written,
    "But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed.  You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you.  These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the LORD; their vindication will come from me.  I, the LORD, have spoken!"
Isaiah 54:17  NLT

Oh, yeah, HaShem is called by the more familiar Yehoshua [The LORD (YHVH) is salvation].
    "And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
Acts 4:12  ESV
