Dear Paul, In your article about Europe warning us of socialism, you mentioned our decline starting in 1963, and you were so right about that. I was in the first grade in 1963-64, and even at that tender age, I remember things being a certain way in the world, and I remember them starting to change. As an adult looking back, I remember there was a sense of innocence in the air, if you will. As a Christian, I would be reluctant to say that the JFK assassination sent America down the wrong path, but it seemed as if the switch had been flipped at that point. (It could have been the direct/indirect result taking prayer out of schools.) Thank you for your perspective on this. God Bless, Cynthia
